WAIVER OF LIABILITY FOR USE OF HOT TUB The guests agree to use extreme caution and care in the hot tub on the premises and to pay any and all repair charges for damage to the hot tub and/or property caused by the guests. Guests further agree that everyone using a hot tub will shower and clean feet upon the use of the hot tub and No unsupervised children are allowed in the hot tub. Furthermore, the agreement is made that NO oils, bubble bath, soaps, other liquids, or any other harmful materials will be used in the hot tub. No glass products whatsoever are allowed in or around the hot tub. If any items such as soaps, bath products, food, alcohol, etc. are found in the tub, the guest will be charged an extra cleaning fee of $100. Damage to a hot tub cover will result in a $400 charge. The cover should always remain on the hot tub when not in use. Guests agree that there will be no horseplay in the hot tub as well as not to sit on, jump on, or misuse the hot tub cover in any manner. Guests acknowledge and accept the risks inherent in the use of the hot tub. Guests voluntarily assume the risk of injury, accident, death, personal injury, or property damage that may arise from the use of the hot tub. By using the hot tub guests agree to follow all house rules associated with it and release the host/property owner from any and all claims, liability, or losses whatsoever arising out of or in any way associated with the guests' use of the hot tub, including but not limited to death, personal injury, or property damage, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence.
