Welcome to The Gray House - Los Olivos. Beautiful and spacious 3500 sq ft pool home situated on half acre in the heart of Los Olivos, wine country. Walking distance to town (less than 5 minutes) with over 25 wine tasting rooms, restaurants, and shopping. We provide 8 bikes to enjoy the countryside, town, and local wineries. Within miles of Santa Ynez, Solvang, and Santa Rita Hills Wine Trail. Each bedroom has a private ensuite bathroom, high quality mattresses, and luxurious linens. Spacious 3500 sq ft home on 1/2 acre with 4 bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms. 3 bedrooms have King size beds and one large bedroom has 2 Queen size beds. Pool, outdoor dining, bbq, fire pit, and 8 bikes for guests to use during their stay! If you enjoy a night in or homemade breakfast we have a gourmet kitchen stocked with everything you need to prepare your meals. Shampoo, conditioner, coffee, blow dryers, and linens provided. Just pack your bags and enjoy an easy stress free vacation in Wine Country. Walk, bike, or drive its all within a close radius! Guests will be given code for self check-in. I am available 24/7 by telephone or text for all the guests questions, comments, or needs. Country setting walking distance to town / wine country We are walking distance to town with over 25 wineries, several restaurants, and wonderful boutique shopping. We also have 8 bikes for our guests to enjoy. Parking is limited to a max of 4 cars. Guest will be required to sign an additional contract with pool and bike liability waiver and a copy of house rules. This will be provided within 48 hrs of booking so that you have time to cancel with a full refund if you do not agree with house rules. * There is a separate apartment on the property with a full time tenant. They do not have access to the house or backyard and you will most likely not see them during your stay, Per County of Santa Barbara all STR and Homestays must have owners or full time tenants living on property. * The property is very special to us and furnished/decorated with thought and detail. Our neighbors are good people who enjoy the peace and quite of the area. Responsible adults and their children are welcome - we just ask that you treat it like your own, respect our neighbors, and adhere to the agreed upon house rules. Thank you!
