Charming little turn-of-the-century home with large garden

Now it is possible to book our house in summer 2026! We are happy to share our beloved home with more people who can appreciate it, when we are not home. Here we enjoy taking care of the "Sadelmakarns hus" from 1914, to alternate renovation with trips and not least enjoy the garden life and the small cultural heritage Tollered just outside Gothenburg. The space This small, but well-planned house, of about 100 sqm, has a kitchen + dining area, living room, bathroom + toilet and three or four bedrooms. Here, 2-3-4 adults sleep well in two rooms, younger children who can share a room are cozy in a third and a fourth bedroom is a walk-through room with doors. We live here on a daily basis, 1 adult and 3 children (8, 13 and 17 years old). Outdoors, our happy chickens roam around and the garden offers several lovely places for play and rest. There are playgrounds, shops, swimming areas and lovely excursions within walking distance. Wi-Fi and TV with Chromecast are also available. Guest access Tollered is located near Gothenburg (3.5 miles) by car and bus and the town's Nääs Factory is a gem. Charger for electric car is at the garage and bus goes just below the house. Other things to note There's a cat in the house on a daily basis! So if you are allergic, it's important to know about. You need to check on the chickens so they are well when you stay here, but we just hope you will find it cozy. And fresh eggs for breakfast are included! They will be happy for leftovers, and every other day you give them fresh water and refill the grain. If you rent for more than 4 days, you will probably also want to cut the grass, etc. More information about this is collected in the guest book that is available to read when you arrive. We don't charge an extra fee for cleaning after a booked stay. BUT then it is important that you leave the house as you found it and all the necessary cleaning equipment is available for you to use.
