The space Apartment centrally located on Capão da Canoa beach. Located on the 5th floor of the building, with a west-facing balcony (view of Rua Sepé and sunset at Morro da Borussia) and south-facing windows, it receives the freshness of the sea breeze every day of the year. Clean, bright and airy, it offers easy access to the beachfront. The building's entrance is located in front of the street vendors' square, close to bars and restaurants and a few steps from the most traditional ice cream parlor on the Rio Grande do Sul coast. You don't need a car in this location, everything is done on foot. There is a loading and unloading option for luggage in the building's garage, but there is no indoor parking space. We recommend parking on the street, as the beach is quiet and very safe. Guest access The guest is entitled to occupy the entire apartment, which contains a kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker and other utensils, a social bathroom, two bedrooms (one suite), an integrated living/dining room, a closed balcony with tempered glass and a barbecue, an excellent living space. Other things to note The condominium's internal regulations request quiet hours after 10 p.m. and between 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. For bathers, there is a side entrance and access to a shower. We offer two beach chairs (aluminum).
