Guest access Ideally located between Narbonne and Perpignan, 5 min from Franqui Beach and 10 min from Leucate. SNCF station 5 min away, Easy access via the highway at A9 Exit 40. Other things to note This is our main house that we rent out during our vacation. We therefore want to prioritize stays corresponding to our departure and return dates, these criteria being to be defined together. We love our place of residence. We therefore expect guests to be respectful of our property and our neighborhood. We ask that tenants return our house as clean as we left it. Also, we do not charge a cleaning fee but request that a complete cleaning be done by you. If not, a deduction of 150 Euros from the security deposit will be requested. Thank you for understanding.
