Nestled under ancient Cypress trees in a quiet neighborhood . Yet only 1/4 mile off Hwy 101. This property is the oldest in the county with a Victorian Farmhouse (where the proprietors live)and the cottage. You can take a 2 minute walk to the boat launch for access to Rogue River. we highly recommend taking the jet boat trips in the summer months. And it is accessible just across the Bridge Less Than 3 minutes away. There is parking directly in front of the Cottage for guest which is very secure. The deck area is only accessed from inside the Cottage.. The Cottage has an enclosed Front porch and gate for privacy...There is a large "green space witch is available to guest. Patti and Rob (proprietors) live on the property directly across from the Cottage and are available for answering you needs. We are located on the north side of the Rogue River. The main "Boat launch" for salmon fishing is directly across the street from the Cottage. It is fun to watch all the boats and fishing right from the cottage/lawn. You can also walk over there to watch the fish being "cleaned etc. we are located a few minutes from town and beaches bicycle or car are necessary. a good brisk walk is always nice if you enjoy that too In the summer months this is area comes alive with travelers on coastal vacations. Fishing is very popular event on the Rogue River and many come just to take a day trip up the river on a Jerry's Jet Boat trip...I highly recommend this! The Cottage is a mere 2 minute drive to the boat trips..
