Welcome to our beautiful, clean and comfortable vacation home. Located in the quiet and secure Caribbean Estates community, the house is located within 15 minutes of the Fort Clarence and Hellshire beaches and all the major commercial areas of Portmore. We offer two lovely bedrooms, a bathroom, living, dining and kitchen equipped with all the amenities for your comfort. Both bedrooms have AC. Living room has a smart TV and kitchen is equipped. This beautiful abode boasts cozy living room with 45" smart TV for streaming your favorite programs complete with ceiling fan. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 6 burner gas stove, microwave, pot, pans and utensils for those wanting to prepare home cooked meals. Each bedroom is fitted with a comfortable queen sized bed, chest of drawers, nightstands and air conditioning. Guests have access to the entire home and kids play park. I am available at the number provided. Caribbean Estates is a quite, secure and upscale neighborhood which comprises of eight clusters all named for Caribbean islands. There are two entrances, Dumbeholden Road and Bernard Lodge Road. The house is located in the Trinidad cluster which is close to the Dumbeholden entrance. It is a comfortable two bedroom, one bathroom bungalow style home with kitchen, living and dining rooms. Check in is 3pm and check out is 11am. Please respect these times. Absolutely No smoking or vaping. Don't use skin products, hair dyes or oils that will leave a bad stain on towels or bed linens, or sofa. Absolutely no parties or events are allowed without prior authorization by property owners. No unregistered guest allowed. Please take care of the furnishings and accessories. Damages will be charged for. Everything provided is for your comfort please do not remove anything or they will be charged for. Please turn off lights, fans and AC when you leave the property.
