Welcome to a unique stay in Den Gamle Smedie 1785 If the room is occupied, then book a similar room in another listing. Here the focus is on old-fashioned romance, peace and quiet. Both rooms are decorated in the style of the TV series "Badehotellet". Garden with many cozy corners. Breakfast is included in the stay. Dinner can be purchased. Everything is homemade and with herbs from our own kitchen garden. The old Smedie is in a scenic location. Possibility of many walks, excursions and cultural experiences. See Guidebook The space Dear Guest, Welcome to Den Gamle Smedie from the year 1785. I hope you have a comfortable stay and will enjoy the atmosphere of Den Gamle Smedie and the beautiful nature in the area. Room 1 is located on the 1st floor and is not suitable for those with walking difficulties. Room 2 and the rest of the house are on the ground floor. Beds in both rooms are 140 cm wide. Mini fridge and electric kettle in the room. Coffee and tea for free use. Minibar available. Settled upon departure. Breakfast included in the price is served at 9:00 a.m. or on request. Breakfast and possibly dinner is served in the living room. The rest of the day and in the evening, the living room and kitchen are private areas and cannot be used by guests. The seasonal dinner menu at 7 pm can be purchased for DKK 200 per person. Pre-order by 10:00 a.m. on the day. All food is homemade with our own vegetables and herbs from our own kitchen garden. Wine/beer/elderflower can be purchased. Bathroom with sink and toilet. Often you have it yourself, but if both rooms are rented, this bathroom is shared. Shower in shared bathroom with the hostess. Please use this bathroom for bathing only. Bathing is not possible. Nice garden with many sunny and sheltered corners. The front garden is used by guests. The backyard is used by the host. NOTE Due to the thatched roof, caution is advised with open flames both outside and inside. The whole house is smoke-free. Fire extinguisher and fire blanket are located under the stairs. There are smoke alarms in all rooms. Carbon monoxide alarm in the middle of the house. In case of an emergency, the middle bar in the window of the room in the attic can be pushed out completely. The hostess is happy to be available to guide you on hiking routes, excursions, sights, cultural experiences, restaurants, etc. Have a great stay.
