Two full length of house porches on ocean + crows nest with full view of ocean. Literally, a three minute walk to beach. Very well maintained home , close to the bridge for easy on off. Brunswick Ave is close to the beach with much less traffic. Minutes walk to restaurants / park / ice cream shop Guest access Beach access is 3 minute walk via private walkway. Bike / sea kayak rentals are 5 minute walk Playground and Tennis Courts 5 minute walk Ice Cream / Candy / coffee shop are 5 minute walk Fantastic sidewalks thru-out island - perfect for walking, jogging - Holden Beach has provide workout stations along the sidewalk for a great run/workout session. Restaurant is 7 minute walk Beach Restaurants are 6 minute walk Other things to note We love our four-legged friends but due to medical conditions we have to limit to non-shedding hypoallergenic breeds only. Flip-flop is set up perfectly for pets with a fully enclosed fence. 2 pet limit - $200 per pet.
