The balcony has glass if you choose a quieter environment. We also have ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom for added convenience. Guest access The apartment is on the beach block, has parking inside the building (option in the basement or on the ground floor), 24-hour concierge. At the end of the same street, there is a Tenda Supermarket (where it meets Av. Kennedy), there are several shops nearby (both on Av. Kennedy and on the beach), ice cream shops, restaurants, clothing shops, bicycle rentals and is also close to excellent kiosks on the beach, such as Quintal do Espeto.
