Surrounded on three sides by a large garden with pines and olive trees, it offers a relaxing and peaceful environment. The apartment has two bedrooms, both with double beds (160cm x 190cm), and a comfortable armchair bed (110cm x 200cm). The bathroom has a double sink, a bidet shower and a washing machine. The living area, bright and spacious, has an open kitchen fully equipped with induction stove and dishwasher, a comfortable sofa and Smart TV. A full wall window offers an amazing view of the garden and surrounding mountains. The private garden overlooks the condominium pool, offering easy access by the pool. The apartment is equipped with WIFI, and a cooling system to ensure a more favorable temperature than the outdoor one. For the little ones: high chair and crib available upon request to ensure comfort and convenience during the stay. The veranda, equipped with table, chairs, umbrella and outdoor light, is perfect for enjoying outdoor breakfasts, lunches and dinners, as well as spending pleasant evenings outdoors. Loungers and games such as bocce bowls and tambourines are available in the garden to entertain during your stay. We provide two private parking spaces: A covered space, 4400 mm deep, also suitable for slightly longer cars. You can leave the garage door open without any problems. From the garden you can reach the covered car park via a property staircase. An outdoor space, inside the property's garden, with dimensions of 2050 mm wide and 6500 mm long. Guest access The apartment is a 15-minute walk from the Lenno bus stop and the Lake Como boat stop. In the immediate vicinity (15-minute walk): lakefront, free and paid beaches, supermarket, mini market, several restaurants, bars, pastry shops, ice cream shop, winery also on tap, rent bike, rent boat. Other things to note The apartment is in a strategic location that allows you to easily walk to the main services and the lakefront in just 10/15 minutes. In addition, you will have the opportunity to explore the picturesque Green-way and admire the majestic surrounding mountains. At check-in, you will be required to pay the accommodation tax of €3 per person per night (rule valid for stays from March 1 to November 30), up to a maximum of 7 nights. Children under 11 do not pay. To complete the registration, all guests will be required to present a valid identification document. This procedure is used to verify your data and documents and to send the information to the "Alloggiati Web" police service, which is the Italian procedure for hosting guests in Italy. During the colder months, the heating will be set to ensure a comfortable environment, following local regulations: the indoor temperature will be maintained around 20°C, with a tolerance of ±2°C.
