Welcome to our beautiful, recently renovated apartment. Excellent, safe quiet family neighbourhood. The space Welcome to our home! We have a Fully furnished private, one bedroom apt in our fully finished basement. Great neighbourhood at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. Walking distance to grocery stores, excellent restaurants, and main bus line at the end of the street. We are not allowing pets. Guest access We always make sure to greet you to our home. Entry to our apartment is a touchpad, keyless entry. Sensor, timed light at the top of the stairs to give extra lighting. Guests have access to our entire finished basement suite including the laundry and spa like 5 ft step in shower. Guests are welcome to use our large, lush backyard, including fire pit, patio, deck and BBQ. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE - ONLY THE PERSON(S) LISTED ON THE RESERVATION WILL GAIN ACCESS TO THE RENTAL. FOR SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES YOU MUST CONTACT THE HOST IN ADVANCE TO ADVISE. GOVERNMENT PHOTO ID WILL BE REQUESTED AS VERIFICATION. no parties, no extra guests unless approved before booking, a very quiet house after 11pm. ideal for short stays, quiet professional individuals as it's a family home. - smoking permitted outside only - NO DRUGS ARE ALLOWED.
