Master bedroom with iComfort Serta mattress, bunk room with a double on bottom and a single on top (for age 6 to 180lbs), living room with sofa, recliners, desk, and 55” UHD TV with Sling, Netflix and Roku. Kitchen is outfitted to handle cooking and baking for a holiday. Note that the A/C is a portable living room unit. It offers the perfect park-like respite from the hustle and bustle of Portland. If you appreciate nature, the outdoors, the sound of birds singing, and living like a local, you will treasure your stay here! Milwaukie Passage is geared toward longer stays of 30 days or more. Our most common guests are families in the process of moving to or from Milwaukie or Portland and who those who are staying awhile to help their local family members welcome new babies or manage other life transitions. This is the front unit to a charming duplex. Depending on length of stay the other separate unit could be available for an additional fee. A $30.00 flat fee is applied to your booking to aid in cleaning. Guest access You will be renting the entire unit, which is a single story duplex. You will have full access to the private entrance, the home, and the private patio/back yard. Self check-in is anytime after 3pm, and checkout is by 10am.
