The space This newly renovated house in set on a working farm, with cows and their calves grazing just meters from your bedroom windows. Natural springs surround the house with green paddocks even throughout summer. There are stunning views from every window in this house, being the perfect place to curl with a glass of wine by the wood fire and take in the rolling hills of the Fleurieu Peninsula. There is a large deck at the front of the house to sit outside and enjoy the views too. You can watch cattle grazing out your window and see kangaroos and other wildlife all around. This stay is perfect for a romantic getaway or a family holidays, featuring 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom has 1 Queen bed, second bedroom has 1 Queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has a bunk with a double at the base and single on top, plus a single trundle that pulls out. With the Fleurieu Peninsula on your door step, there are beautiful places to explore all around; Second Valley Beach, Rapid Bay, Second Valley Forest, Deep Creek Conservation Park and many other special places. Guest access While the Cottage sits on 50 Acres of family land, guests will only be able to access the generous house yard. Guest may not enter the paddocks with the cattle or into the farm sheds. Please be aware as this is a working farm there will be workmen from time to time around the property working with the cattle. Other things to note Strictly no parties please. As there are neighbours around please no loudness ie screaming, yelling when on decking - Memory Court Cottage is in a Valley and noise travels. So if you’re considering parties or being loud this house and area is not for you. It is meant for a peaceful and tranquil stay.
