The Owls Nest; views in a modern guest suite

Relax and enjoy the views. Just minutes from WSU campus on the north side of Pullman. This beautiful rural neighborhood is spacious and quiet. The home is situated high on a hill with unobscured views of the beautiful Palouse hills. The space This family home has a private entrance into the guest suite on it's own floor. Complete with it's own living room, full kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with king size bed. A second queen size bed can be set up in the living room for an additional guest fee. Guest access Guest are able to come and go as they please through their own locked entrance, without disturbing the rest of the household. Other things to note Regarding potential noise: We do have a neighbor in law enforcement who, on very rare occasions, may be heard practicing at his shooting range. This does not last long and would be heard in the mid-afternoon. Also, we live upstairs with our young teens; guest may experience the occasional noise of a door slam, emotional outburst, heavy footsteps, or infectious laughter. We did insulate the floors and walls very well, however, their teen vibe may penetrate our efforts.
