Light sunny room in peaceful countryside

We are on a country lane just outside the village of Holbeton in a beautiful part of south Devon, near to beautiful beaches and the South West Coast Path. Historic Plymouth, Totnes, Kingsbridge, Salcombe are all within half an hour’s drive, as is Dartmoor. The space Your room is a double room with bathroom on the ground floor of our house. You can make tea, coffee, etc in your room and breakfast is served in a separate dining room (cereal, home made granola, toast, croissants, yoghurt, fruit salad, etc.) Our garden is surrounded by farmland. Guest access As well as your bedroom, breakfast is served in the dining room. If the weather is good you are welcome to go into the garden. There is a very relaxing swinging seat! Other things to note If I am around I am happy to collect you or take you to the South West Coastal Path - just a 5 minute drive away.
