**Available for bookings 30+ days only** 10 minute Uber ride to downtown and Titans stadium. The room has a comfortable queen bed for 2 people and a full-sized sofa bed for a 3rd or 4th if needed. Relax in the fenced-in backyard or head downtown for music and great food. The space The space is a studio apartment with an attached full, but small, bathroom. There is a sliding barn door for the bathroom so it's not fully sound-proof and does not lock. There is not a full kitchen, but we have a sink, microwave, hot plate, a couple of pots, mini fridge, utensils, etc for food preparation. If you would like to cook for yourself in the space, it is equipped for that. And of course, a coffee maker and electric kettle for coffee and tea. Heads up, because the space is lower than the gray water runoff for the main house, there is an upflush toilet and electric pump that pumps the gray water and toilet waste up and out. It sometimes makes a grinding noise when you use the toilet. Another thing to note is that the apartment gets great light and the high windows have no coverings on them, so if your sleep is sensitive to morning sunlight, I recommend you bring an eye mask with you to ensure you get all your desired zzzs. Guest access The space is totally private, but the backyard is a shared space. The apartment shares a wall with us in the main house, so you may be able to hear water running or the muffled voices of us talking, listening to music, etc. We put a white noise maker in the room should any sounds bother you. Other things to note It is important to us that all guests feel welcome, no matter what gender expression, gender identity, sexual orientation, ability, race, religion, age, etc. We are always looking for ways to be more inclusive.
