The space Peaceful Waters is located on the 4th floor in Baytowne Wharf. The unit is comprised of two conjoining units, each with their own entrance. Peaceful Waters has a fully furnished kitchen, living and dining room, laundry and balcony. Guest access Entire Condo plus all the amenities of Sandestin! The pool, barbecues, and exercise room just steps from the condo. The Village of Baytowne Wharf is adjacent to the Pilot House, walking distance to most everything. Tram takes you throughout the property at your convenience. Covered parking, convenient access to condo through garage. Other things to note Baytowne Wharf has a private portion of beach as part of the Sandestin Resort. It is about 2 miles to the beach from Peaceful Waters. There is a lovely paved walking path from Baytowne Wharf to the beach access. It meanders under overgrown pines and through golf courses without ever leaving the Sandestin resort. The path has a tunnel so you can safely pass under Highway 98. There is a free shuttle service which operates every 30 minutes for guests.
