Outdoor enclosed gazebo is available Spring, Summer & Fall with propane firepit and comfortable seating for socializing. ideal for a romantic or family getaway. Min. 3 nights required or subject to additional fee. NOTE: This property is offered to families and mature couples ONLY please. The space This property offers high end finishes with great waterfront views with a small beach area by the water ideal for small children. Great boating, fishing and water sports. The space offers large deck area with BBQ and huge flat land to allow for playing sports. There are 2 great options for enjoying an evening fire with couples or family and friends including a traditional outdoor wood burning fire pit, or an enclosed gazebo with a propane fire pit offering comfortable seating for socializing. *Summer season only offers additional separate loft area above the garage - ideal for a separate hang out for kids/additional guests. Extra fees apply - inquire if interested. Guest access Guests can enjoy the entire property and the main floor of the cottage all year round which includes 3 bedrooms and one 4 piece bath (upstairs loft is used for storage only). Guests can use outdoor furniture including Gazebo access for dining/lounging and BBQ including a paddle boat. Life jackets and water floatation devices made available. We offer 2 sit-in kayaks available for rent during your stay - please inquire if interested. Other things to note Cottage is located by the water - Town of Hastings is literally 5 mins from the cottage for grocery shopping/liquor etc. Parking options include 2 spaces at the top of the property and 6+ vehicles can be accommodated at the bottom of the driveway to accommodate large groups.
