A quaint three bedroom, two bath modular home on almost 2 acres. Lots of room to roam and surrounded by country side. The house is 15 miles from Pine Mountain, 8 miles from West Point/Lanett/Valley &10 miles from Lagrange. **not in a city must drive. Enjoy an open floor plan and a big front yard. The house is a work in progress, and we are fixing it little by little. This is great if you want a big space in the country. Our Netflix and Amazon TV accounts are usually logged in, but feel free to log in to any of your streaming services. There is a small dining area with 4 chairs, a full kitchen, small laundry room, a master bedroom with a bathroom and two bedrooms with a bathroom near them. All beds are queen sized beds. We provide towels, wash cloths, shampoo, body wash, dishes, pans, coffee, tea, etc and hope to give everyone a comfortable stay! The front porch has seats and we are setting up a firepit area with chairs outside. Guest access Any place on the property except the garage is for you to use! *do not use the fireplace Other things to note Please turn the AC to 70 or heat to 65 if leaving for the full day or checking out. You can close all the curtains to keep the place warmer in winter or cooler in summer. The insulation is not the best in the home, and this helps! The house is in the country, and we spray and have a pest control company, but insects may sneak in. Fireplace is not for use Please be aware of distances when booking.
