SELF-CHECK-IN is available as the apartment door works with numerick lock. Our newest addition to Karinflats apartments is a truly unique one. Situated on the top floor of the building, this penthouse apt has it all; a studio-like living area with floor-to-ceiling windows, a kitchen with a chef table, a spacious bathroom with walk in shower and a huge, half-covered patio with a hot tub. We charge an additional fee of 100 Euro for small event. SMOKING IS PROHIBITED AND INVOLVES PENALTY Other things to note Complaint Rules: The guest is required to inspect the accommodation upon check-in and report any deficiencies or issues within 1 hour of check-in to ensure that any problems can be promptly addressed. We accept no responsibility for issues reported late, abusively, or only after check-out (e.g., issues mentioned only in a review), and any resulting consequences or damages to the host (e.g., Airbnb penalties, suspensions, etc.) will be transferred to the guest. For issues that were not detectable at check-in, we will assume limited responsibility if reported within 24 hours under the following conditions: the complaint must be reported within 1 hour of detection, the guest must request acceptance of the complaint beyond the deadline, citing the reason for the delay, and the host must confirm in writing that the reason for the delay is accepted as a matter of fairness.
