It’s a clean look throughout and we’ve put lots of cozy fabrics to give that homey feel. It’s faces gorgeous Magnolia Park, so you can literally stand on your step and throw a ball and it will land in the park! Guest access Parking is straight out front. Guest access is automated through your smart phone and keypad. Other things to note The home is one of two totally separate LEGAL suites. It has separate heating and ventilation, separate smoke shield, separate temperature control, it even has sound attenuation between the floors. The entrances are separate. You have no access the space downstairs and they have no access to your space. Please note that the 4th “Bedroom” does not have a door and is actually a den. It does contain 2 single beds but ABB doesn’t have an option for “Den.” All other bedrooms have doors that close. We do supply a BBQ with propane tank. However we don’t supply propane. You may need refill the propane tank so be sure to allow time for this if you plan to BBQ. Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7. Registration Details BL251271
