Close to downtown and we have Palo Duro Canyon, Amarillo Zoo and Wonderland Park. The living area has 2 sofas, one of which is a queen size hide a bed. HD Samsung 50 "TV with cable capabilities and a 43 inch in the bedroom. The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator and gas range. Ceiling fans in living and bedroom plenty of closet space, built in ironing board, full size washer and dryer on enclosed back porch Eating area in kitchen for 2. NO SMOKING in the unit. Front porch is okay. Small pets' backyard of the home is available. It is fenced in and there is a gate on the side of front porch to let them in. We do have the Alibates State Park. They offer tours in the spring thru the fall. They are north of Amarillo on Hwy 136. Call to set up appointment for tour. Guest access The unit is located between 2 one-way streets. Downtown has one-way streets 9th thru 5th. Those streets run east and west. Easy access to I-40 and I-27 to Lubbock Other things to note We do have a minor league baseball team, The Sod Poodles (prairie dogs). They are affiliated with the Arizona major league team
