Private, safe, clean, modern outside room with small kitchenette and bathroom with shower based in the leafy superb of Craighall Park. There is a lovely private outdoor space with a table and chairs for relaxing. We have solar backup so generally have no load shedding issues. There is parking for one car. We are close to restaurants, shops, movies, Delta Park and the Rosebank Gautrain. A perfect home away from home for work or a weekend getaway! The space The unit is private, outside of the house with a small private courtyard. There is a double bed, a TV with Netflix, a small kitchenette (with microwave, fridge and all the basics but there is no stove) and a bathroom on suite. There is no lounge, but there is a desk and chair if you need to work. The unit is serviced on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Guest access There is room for one car in the driveway. Other things to note Laundry can be done at a small additional cost, on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday when the unit is serviced.
