Spacious apartment, convenient for experiencing the town on foot with easy and quick access to the beaches (just 300 meters away) and shops, restaurants. Modern and sunny structure composed of: - Living room with kitchen - 2 sofa beds - Double room & single bed - Bathroom with shower cubicle - Balconies with chairs and table You will stay in a quiet residential atmosphere where you can relax and enjoy a fireplace to prepare a lovely barbecue and spend quality time with your family and friends. The space Included in the price is the cleaning service: the apartment will be cleaned every time you request and you can ask for towels and sheets to be changed. (If you don’t need cleaning please leave the ‘do not disturb’ label outside your door.) * For the Breakfast: after your booking let us know if you want to reserve. Breakfast is provided only after request the day before or earlier. It costs extra 5€ per person. The apartment located on the first floor offers a very bright double bedroom with a king-size bed and a single bed. It has two balconies equipped with table and chairs to relax having a great view over the garden. The room is equipped with air conditioning, a wardrobe, desk with drawer and chair. The very functional bathroom with shower cubicle, towel rack, hairdryer. We also provide you with small personal shampoo & conditioner and toilet paper. The kitchen and the living room are open plan, consisting of a kitchenette with cutlery, glasses, plates, pots, kettle, kit with salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, kit with coffee, tea, sugar, refrigerator, two-burner electric stove, etc. There are two sofa beds (you can request an extra folding bed with mattress - if available). On the ground floor we have a washing machine (we recommend you bring your own detergents). There is also a fireplace, which upon reservation, can be used for a tasty family barbecue. At the entrance to the structure, is the courtyard there is space for 6 cars, otherwise you can park in the street just outside the entrance driveway. On each floor of the building there is a wi-fi router. You can also make use of an ironing board and an iron. Upon your arrival in the refrigerator you will find a small gift from us: water bottles per person and 1 bottle of wine or beer. Guest access The apartment is located on the first floor going up the stairs, it does not have a lift. You can park your car in the space adjacent to the entrance to conveniently unload your suitcases. Other things to note The pool visible in the photos belongs to our neighbor and is not accessible to guests. Access to the beach is easily accessible via the avenue adjacent to the structure. Just 300 meters away you can find the first Plazhi Paradise beach, walking you can find 3 other beaches, Paradise Beach, Lori Beach, Puerto Rico, each different from the other with a breathtaking landscape. At 13 km you can find the city of Saranda, from there you can get to the island of Corfu by ferry.
