This charming 42m² apartment on the third floor (accessible by stairs) offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making it an ideal space to relax and unwind. The characterful living room features a cosy sofa and a 42" flat-screen TV with Netflix — perfect for settling in and enjoying some downtime. The open-plan kitchen blends rustic charm with modern convenience and comes fully equipped with everything you need to cook and dine comfortably during your stay. Complimentary tea and instant coffee are also provided for your convenience. Each apartment has been carefully curated, with individually selected antique furnishings and distinctive design details that bring the building’s history indoors. Original timber beams and brickwork have been thoughtfully preserved and reused, breathing new life into a building that dates back more than 120 years. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
