Welcome to our adorable cozy hilltop farmhouse. This studio features a Cal King bed, a sofa queen hideaway bed, twin roll-away bed, full kitchen, fireplace, a jacuzzi tub, and separate shower. Outside a dining table and separate sitting area with propane fire pit. This hilltop location provides total privacy. We are located less than 30 miles from Yosemite, Bass Lake, and Sugar Pine. We are less than 10 miles from Chuckchansi Casino, Oakhurst, Coarsegold Rodeo Grounds. Owners on-site. The space The studio sits on top of a private hill above the on-site owners home. It is a gated and secured location. A code will be given for gate access. There is room for up to 2 cars to park. Guest access Whole hilltop location Other things to note We are a secured fenced and gated property. You will be provided a gate access code for the keypad that will work on the automatic gate for entrance and exit.
