Private Maine Camp

Adorable camp in the foothills of the western mountains of Maine. Knotty pine interior, private location, near 4 season recreational activities. Perfect get-away locale. 1 bedroom w/queen, loft w/2 twins, & a futon in open living area. The space This adorable camp off the beaten track is just right for a get-away. Full kitchen, bath, and laundry. Snowmobile or ATV from the driveway. (Please note that the driveway gets soupy during mud season-- which, for us, can be the end of March through April. Those dates have been blocked out, but might change with the weather! If you have 4 wheel drive or don't mind walking down the driveway, we may still be able to accommodate travel plans. ) PLEASE NOTE: this winter, some of our snowmobiling neighbors may use the driveway and part of the front yard to access a local trail for snowmobiles to get to a gas station. How Maine is that? Guest access Washer/dryer. No cable nor wifi. However, a tv and dvd player are available. Other things to note This is a Maine Cabin. Our family uses it when we can plan our own get-away! We hope you treat it as gently as we do. August guests get a bonus...the front yard is a riot of wild Maine blackberry vines. Beware of the thorns, but pick some for muffins or cereal. Yum.
