The space Welcome to the Bohemian Hangout - a beautiful apartment completely refurbished in July 2017, with new floors & ceilings, 3x new bathrooms, sparkling new kitchen, entirely new furniture in all rooms & four 40'’ Smart TV’s with free Netflix! Situated in the hip district of Karlin, Florenc station is a 3-min walk, with Old Town accessible either by walking 20-min or 1 short metro stop. Like you, we love to travel, and so our pet-friendly, high-tech apartment is perfectly set up for travelers. Unlike other similar large apartments on AirBnB – this one has a total of 3 fully equipped bathrooms (!) – so each room has a private bathroom and toilet of their own. Each room also has their own 40’' Smart TV with free Netflix – so you can relax with a good movie after a full day of sightseeing, or treat your kids to an hour of their favourite cartoons before bedtime. Finally, each room has a wardrobe with a brand new Yale Lock Safe with digital keypad to safely store all your valuables. Guest access The entire flat will be at your disposal. BLUE ROOM (2 people): A double bed with access to the bathroom immediately outside the bedroom door, in the hallway (see layout for more detail). GREY ROOM (2 people): Two single beds which can be put together into a double at your request. En-suite private bathroom with shower. RED ROOM (3 people): Three single beds, of which we can put two together at your request. En-suite private bathroom with shower. KITCHEN / LIVING ROOM (2 people): Sofa bed which can be pulled out into a comfy double bed. Large extendable dining table that can comfortably accommodate 8-9 people. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, including a dishwasher, Nespresso machine, toaster and microwave! A Bluetooth speaker means you can play your own tunes whilst cooking your favourite meal. Another 40’' Smart TV on the wall means you can watch a big game or enjoy the latest episodes of House of Cards as a family. Other things to note Kindly be informed that as per legal regulations, we are required to register all guests and collect a city tax of 50 CZK per person per night. We will send you a payment link shortly before your stay or we settle it during check-in. Please note that this includes a small processing fee. In case of cancellation, please understand that this transaction fee is non-refundable. Thank you for your understanding!
