Off the kitchen is also a full sized bathroom with walk in shower. The front porch has a dining set for enjoying dinner outside on warm evenings. Up the beautiful wooden stairs are three comfortable bedrooms and a full bath with large soaker tub. With the level entry, first floor bath with walk in shower and daybed on the first floor this would be a great set up for someone with mobility issues. There are two off street parking pads behind the house for two vehicles and plenty of on street parking in front of the house. The front of the house is on a hill so if guests need to park on street they’ll have to go up a few flights of stairs. As this is a quiet family neighborhood We have a Zero tolerance party policy. If this policy is violated the guests will forfeit their security deposit.
