Cozy, Comfy, and Close to Everything! Welcome to our spacious 3-bedroom apartment in the heart of Nacogdoches! With room for 8 guests, a fully equipped kitchen, private entrance, patio, and backyard access, this spot is perfect for family getaways, SFA visits, or a weekend with friends. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood just north of downtown and SFA, you’re minutes from local restaurants, parks, and historic sites. Come explore Nacogdoches, then unwind on the patio under the stars. The space The apartment has three private bedrooms, each with its own door. Downstairs, you’ll find a cozy bedroom with a full-sized bed. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed for a comfy night’s sleep. The middle bedroom to the right at the top of the stairs has a pitched roof. It's great for sleeping, but probably not for hanging out or walking around. Need a little extra space? There's also an open loft area just off the upstairs hallway that overlooks the kitchen — it features a full-sized futon, perfect for an extra guest or two. Other things to note NOTE: the stairs to the second floor are steeper than normal residential stairs. Because of this, our apartment probably is not ideal for families with babies / small children or guests with mobility challenges.
