Private Room In The Heart Of Hollywood

This cozy apartment is on two floors right in the heart of Hollywood. Looking for a female guest for this all female household. The bedroom has a private entrance - right next to the bathroom with a shower and a kitchen on the first floor. Only a 5 min walk to Hollywood walk of fame, Chinese Mann theater and a bunch of shops. There's also a grocery shop walking distance from the apartment and it is easy to get to the freeway from there as well (to Universal Studios for example). The space The apartment building is located right in the center of Hollywood. Short walk to Hollywood Blvd, bunch of good restaurants and even a nice hike trail, Runyon Canyon with a view over the Hollywood sign (and a great work out too). As in any other big city, be cautious, keep property locked at all times and park in the gated garage. Guest access The room conveniently has a private entrance, comfortable bed and good closet space. Right next to the room is a bathroom with a shower and downstairs is a kitchen you have access to. Please do not use the kitchen between the hours of 12 AM - 8 AM as a curtesy to the other tenants. We kindly ask that you use your private entrance at all times when leaving or coming home. Please use the desk in your room to work and not the dining area out of respect for others who may be working from home. Please treat the place as you would your own and keep in mind that we are shoe free and smoke free home. During your stay This is an all female household with two lovely tenants, one of whom co-manages the place. Many longterm friendships have been born here and we've been extremely lucky with kind and considerate people staying. We expect everyone to treat the place and each other with respect, as you would in your own home.
