Located in the highly desired Pointe Royale Resort Community, this beautiful Penthouse 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo boasts of privacy tucked away in the trees on lake Taneycomo with a view of the lake and mountain views and no neighbors behind. Yet, we are so close to the action - the clubhouse is literally WALKING DISTANCE, less than 5 min flat walking, to the amazing amenities Pointe Royale has to offer. Woodsy Wonder is less than 10 min to everything Branson has to offer! The view of the lake is best seen in the winter months, during the summer you'll feel like you're tucked away in the trees. The soaring ceilings highlight the view and space and with extra privacy of having no neighbors above you. Since this is a Penthouse unit, there are approx. 15 stairs to get to the front door. The Master bedroom has a super plush king size bed, large walk in shower, large closet, and balcony that leads to the amazing view. Secondary bedroom also has King size bed, and large closet. Both bedrooms have blackout curtains for ultimate relaxation. The couch in the living room has pull out memory foam queen bed. The living room includes a kids corner with a kids table and chairs, toys, legos and coloring books. Both bedrooms and living room have Smart TVs and cable. The condo is stocked with family friendly amenities including a pack and play, highchair, and toddler air mattress, kids plates, cups and plasticware. Large covered back porch has seating for 6 to enjoy the amazing view with a cup of coffee, glass of wine or a meal. Kitchen is fully stocked including kid friendly dishes, cups and plastic wear! Several staple needs will be available to you during your stay; cooking spray, salt and pepper, seasoning, aluminum foil, coffee filters and ground coffee, Keurig pods including Tim Hortons pods (Canadian coffee), laundry detergent, dryer sheets and dishwasher pods. The basics also include toilet paper, paper towels, dish and hand soap, kitchen sponge, shampoo and conditioner and trash bags. It is setup to truly just bring your suitcase! We offer a complimentary bottle of wine to welcome you to Woodsy Wonder. Swim towels are provided which makes one less thing for you to pack, also available are 4 tennis rackets and tennis balls, 4 pickle ball rackets and balls, a basketball, football and soccer ball and air pump. There is a large grassy area directly outside the condo to enjoy with the kiddos, or take the basketball and rackets over to the clubhouse court. There are also several family friendly games like corn hole and giant Jenga as well as board games and books available to help you enjoy your stay. Woodsy Wonder is located in the highly desired Pointe Royale community with amenities galore! Indoor pool open year round, and 2 outdoor pools, kiddie pool and hot tub, 2 playgrounds and Tennis courts, pickleball, basketball hoops, fitness center and sits on a prestine Golf Course, The Pointe. The Clubhouse and main indoor and outdoor pools and fitness center, basketball court, tennis court and pickleball court are walking distance, less than 10 min walking, and is all flat. The location is on Lake Taneycomo with access to the lake for fishing as well as a pond on site that doesn't require fishing license. There is pool side food and drink at the Tiki Bar, service during summer season and a restaurant on site all year around. This location is PRIME! You are less that 5 min to Table Rock Lake, 10 minutes to Silver Dollar City, Branson Strip or Branson Landing. "The Pantry" store is huge and is conveniently located 1 min outside of Pointe Royale and is great for getting those last minute needs whether its groceries, snacks or any kind of drinks. We are also next door to a "We Proudly Serve Starbucks" with a very robust menu. We hope you to feel right at home! Guest access Parking is flat and directly in front of the condo building. Several Pointe Royale amenities are within walking distance, less than a 5 min walk, such as the golf course, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center and restaurant. There are approximately 15 steps to get into the condo.
