The house has an open floor plan with a cathedral ceiling in the living area. In addition, there is a master bedroom and a second bedroom with a bunk bed with futon. Large windows give an excellent view of the lake. Two sliding glass doors open on to the deck from main room and master bedroom. AC in every room. So wake up to see morning lake from your bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave, air fryer, dish washer, etc. The spacious deck comfortably seats eight people under a canopy. The lake is unmotorized, so you wouldn’t be disturbed. There you can enjoy an evening dinner cooked on the large grill. The backyard is fully fenced in making it child friendly, and perfect for lawn games. There is a brand new retaining wall providing safe ease access to the lake for swimming or boating. The living room TV has Netflix available. There are two parking spaces. Easy access to the house is through broad set of 5 steps. Host is local and would be able to help as needed, and open to answer on all questions. This is a quiet lake getaway, there is no active nightlife. Shopping, cinema and restaurants are 10-15 min away in Bristol and Planville area. Check great restaurant Chute Gates nearby with live music on the weekends. Lake Compounce water park in near by.
