Charming 1 bedroom detached studio in Goudhurst

Welcome to the Garden Studio : *Bright and light DETACHED studio : Double bedroom / En Suite Shower / French Doors onto sunny courtyard garden *Secluded setting in central Goudhurst *Short walk to cafes, shops and pubs *5 minute walk to church *Free Wifi - can be temperamental!!! *Smart TV/USB ports *Selection of teas/coffee/milk provided *Table & Chairs *Mini Fridge *Room for Bikes *Dogs - regretfully the studio is not suitable for dogs. So Sorry! * NO SMOKING / VAPING The space The Garden Studio is set in our secluded courtyard, which is lovely and sunny, especially in the mornings. There is no kitchen but there is a kettle, mini fridge and tea & coffee making facitilies. There are plates/cutlery/glasses/mugs so you can enjoy a take away in the evening or breakfast in the morning. Breakfast : The village bakery is open from 7am to 4pm Mon to Fri and 8am-4pm Sat, and offer everything from coffee and croissants to a full cooked breakfast to eat in or take away. The Star and Eagle pub by the Church also do breakfast as does the Goudhurst Inn, a 15 minute walk. Taywell Farm Shop on the eastern edge of the village is a 20 minute walk away and they serve a range of food and have an independent barista style coffee hub and large picnic area with far reaching views so worth the walk! There is also a newsagent and general store within a few minutes walk of the property. Notes : Suggest you contact the pubs/restaurants to clarify their opening times and facilities. Thank you. The Studio is tucked away and so apologies if the WiFi is temperamental at times. For guests staying in poor weather there is a heater and hangers in the utility area so you can dry your wet coats etc. Dogs : I am a dog lover however regret that the space is not suitable for dogs. Please kindly observe the strict non-smoking/vaping policy in the studio and the garden
