Our private mountain suite is situated in the foothills of Carbondale just minutes from downtown and close to world class skiing, mountain biking and hiking. The two-bedroom unit is is perfect for couples, families, or business travelers. It includes a private entrance, two comfortable bedrooms, a private bathroom, a kitchenette, office space, a large family room with private patio, and beautiful mountain views. The space Relax in the mountains in our garden oasis with beautiful mountain views. Our 1500 SQFT space features a living room with a comfy sectional, Cable and Apple TV. The open floor plan connects to the office, kitchenette, and dining area. The kitchenette consists of a refrigerator, hot plate, tea kettle, french press, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and dishes. The washer and dryer are situated in the hallway next to the bathroom and you are welcome to use them. You'll feel right at home after a long day exploring the roaring fork valley. ***For guests with small children we have a pack n' play, and umbrella stroller, and various other kid toys, etc, just ask and we will provide for you. ***We have a cat on the property. People with cat allergies please take note. Guest access The entrance to the suite is down an outdoor stone staircase that leads to a dirt walkway. The unit is on the lower level of a two level home, we live in the upper level. There are two bedrooms, a bathroom, living room, office space, and laundry room. There is an outdoor patio area with a small BBQ for your use. ****Please note that the stairs have been repaired per prior guests suggestions. Other things to note There is space for two cars to park on the property
