Fully renovated 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house with a private yard. 35 min to downtown Chicago, 20 min to O’Hare airport , 5 min to Woodfield Mall, 10 min to Schaumburg Convention Center, 20 min to NOW (Sears) Arena, 5 min to Legoland, 13 min to Medieval Times. Close to many restaurants, shopping, and parks. Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located home. The space To avoid any confusion, potential guests should thoroughly read ALL information below before requesting to book. (We promise that the info below will better prepare you for your trip and answer 99% of your questions!) Thank you! This home has been completely renovated for the comfort of our guests! Four bedrooms sleep up to ten people. (Two in each bedroom and two on the pull-out sofa in living room). Eight people are included in the nightly price. Two additional people can be added for $25 per person per night. HOUSE PERKS: --This rental includes a kitchen with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, sink with garbage disposal, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, electric hand mixer, coffee maker, tea kettle. Essentials like plates, cups, glasses, bowls, wine glasses, cookware, pots/pans, utensils, & paper towels will be provided for your use. Kids plates/cups/bowls/silverware provided as well. --Along with coffee, creamer and sweetener are provided. Green tea is available as well. --Cooking spray, salt/pepper are provided. --A hair dryer and showering essentials are provided. Bath towels are available for each guest. Each bedroom has a designated closet with hanger storage for clothing. There is also an iron and ironing board in the laundry room. --A few board games/books are available for your use. --Guests can park in the driveway--There is room for 2 vehicles to park behind each other. Please do NOT block sidewalk. Free public street parking is also available on the house side of the street. Please do NOT park in front of the fire hydrant. At this point garage is not available for guest use. TECHNOLOGY: --Two flat screen smart TVs (one in the living room and one in the bedroom with the king bed). --Wifi is provided. --A washer/dryer is available for your use. ADDITIONAL INFO: We welcome guests of all backgrounds! However, due to prior disrespectful renters and property damage, we will only be accepting booking requests from: --AirBnB users who are "verified" and who already have positive reviews from other hosts. --Renters that are above the age of 25. --Renters who are not bringing pets. --A maximum of ten guests per reservation. --Renters who are not throwing gatherings/events. (We do have a ring camera installed at the front and back of the house). We value our relationship with our neighbors, so events/gatherings/parties are not to be held by guests. In order to keep the home in excellent condition for future guests, we are firm on these rules. We apologize for this inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. ***Note that if you are bringing infants/babies, the house is NOT baby-proofed. (Furniture is not secured to walls, outlet blockers are not included, cabinets/drawers are not locked, etc.) We also do not have a pack and play/portable crib, so guests will need to bring their own and are solely responsible for keeping a close eye on children.*** CHECK-IN INFO: --Guests who book will receive detailed check-in instructions and a key code for entry on the morning of their scheduled arrival. All of this will be communicated through AirBnB messenger. --Check-in is between 4 and 7 p.m.; guests must check out by 10 a.m. so that we can clean/prepare for our next renters before they arrive. (Note: We will try to accommodate early arrival/late check out requests, but often times, the cleaning crew requires the full time between guests if we have back-to-back bookings.) --Our cancellation policy is moderate.
