The space Privacy and relaxation await you in this gated oasis within La Quinta Cove. Enjoy a dip in the spool to cool off, or heat it up to relax the day away. Cook for family and friends in the built-in outdoor kitchen with grill and fridge; then dine al fresco together on the back patio, partially shaded by a sail shade. Walk dinner off on a trail so close you can see from the front door, as you take in the grounded energy of the foothills. Bring everyone inside to have a movie night in the large, and open, front room - equipped with a cozy fireplace to really set the vibe. Slumber away in one of the 3 bedrooms fitted with plush mattresses, fresh linens, and private TV's. The "Zen Den" is only a 5 minute drive to downtown ("Old Town") La Quinta- the weekly farmer's market is exquisite; 30 minute drive to Palm Springs, 12 minute drive to the world famous Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals and 15 min drive to El Paseo shopping and dining in Palm Desert. Guest access Guests will enjoy private access to front, and back, courtyards and the entire indoor space. Other things to note The spool can absolutely be heated if you’d like it to be! It is connected to a full propane tank that also operates the fire pit. You will be charged for your usage of the propane upon checkout. Everything else in the house is electric and included in the cost of your rental.
