The Seaview Tiny House is dedicated to the relaxation and rest of its guests and is one of the few adults only accommodations on the Costa Brava. Quiet and sunny location and only around 1km from the most beautiful beaches and Platja d'Aro. The space Be the only guests to enjoy the beautiful private pool and garden area by the pool as well as the exclusive use of the 60sqm terrace and gas barbecue in front of the Tiny House. The Tiny House has a separate entrance and the private large terrace in front of the Tiny House has a gas barbecue, table and chairs for outdoor dining and an outdoor lounge area for your exclusive use. The interior of the Tiny House offers an open layout with its own kitchen and bathroom and other features such as: the latest air conditioning technology, Smart TV, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, etc. The Tiny House is characterized by its uniqueness, which combines a quiet location and proximity to all attractions such as Platja d'Aro, the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Brava, access to the Cami de Ronda coastal walks, water sports, beautiful golf courses, medieval towns, natural parks, romantic fishing villages, water park, climbing garden, Gaudi triangle, etc... You can walk down to the lively town Platja d‘Aro (around 1,2 km to town and most beautiful beaches like Cala del Pi Beach / Cala Belladona). We and many of our guests walk very often to the beach and town. However it depends on your preferences. The house is on a little hill, at an elevation of 80m above sea level. Info: The discreet owners are present in the rear part of the house during the summer months. The two halves of the house are each accessible independently via a separate entrance and staircase. On request, we can organize VIP yoga classes and private photo shoots for you at the beach or beautiful surroundings for you. The house is sustainable with solar panels powering the appliances, pool pump, and a new 200 liters water heater utilizing the newest efficient heat pump technology. You'll sleep well knowing your contributing to preserving the environment during your relaxing stay. The area offers large and small beaches and towns walking distance along the Cami de Ronda. Also there are many picturesque beach towns such as Calella de Palafrugell just a few minutes drive by car if you wish to explore further. The big advantage of Platja d'Aro is the access to the highway. You do not need to drive for 30+ minutes through mountains to get on the C31 if you wish to see other towns. The C31 highway access is an easy 5 minutes away and the house is on a small hill facing the sea so you don't get the noise from the highway or the streets. Platja d'Aro is also known for great shopping and restaurants, again, all just 15 to 20 minutes walking distance from the house.
