Village on the Lake, nestled along Canada’s warmest lake, Osoyoos Lake, is situated along Lakeshore Drive in a beautiful lakefront setting that is conveniently located only a short stroll along the Pioneer Walkway to main street shopping, several public beaches and parks, restaurants, a distillery and Rattlesnake Canyon Amusement Park (mini golf, go carts, rides and games). While visiting Osoyoos be sure to experience the beautiful weather (most of the time), gorgeous views, sunbathing, relaxing, reading & playing in the sand. Visit over 40 local Oliver Osoyoos Wine Country Wineries, with their vineyard restaurants and wine boutiques, and over 200 wineries in the entire Okanagan Valley! A must stop is at Castoro de Oro Estate Winery. A local winery tour shuttle bus runs from May through October, plus numerous other tour companies, making this a perfect convenience for those folks that want a world class wine touring experience. Also championship golf courses (our condo is 5 Minutes to 3 Golf Courses), water sports, ATV tours, hiking, snowmobiling, snowshoeing and world class skiing; the Village is only a 35 minute drive to the fabulous Mt. Baldy Ski Resort! And for the kids or the kid at heart, visit Osoyoos Desert Model Railroad. Guest access There is 1 carport space available for the unit, all other parking is free and first come first serve. There is also over flow parking. Access into the unit it up a flight of stairs that enters into the kitchen area, there is also a sliding door into the master bedroom on the ground floor. Other things to note No live pets of any kind allowed in the townhouse. Smoking OUTSIDE only, be sure to properly dispose of butts and ashes, this is a desert area and fires can start quickly and easily. Towels, chairs etc. provided in the condo are NOT to leave the condo. Please Bring YOUR OWN BEACH/POOL TOWELS, lake floats and/or beach chairs. There is no glass allowed at the pool, there are a few plastic glasses in the condo. If you have a favourite beach go cup please bring it.
