The space About the Villa: While in Nikkus villa, you will enjoy the luxury of the country fire place in its private living room along with the comfort of an en-suite bathroom. The Living room has access to the lawn and the patio overlooking the pine trees. Adjoining to living room is bedroom-1 with an en-suite bathroom.The living room will further connect you through a small step staircase to its 1st floor, having two additional rooms with a spectacular view of Patnitop Sky view & mountains. Room 2 on first floor has a king size bed, with en-suite bathroom and a balcony. ROOM 3 has a QUEEN size bed and does NOT has en-suite bathroom. So, you get 1 living room with attached bathroom 2 bedrooms with attached bathrooms 1 bedroom without bathroom. Our space can accommodate to a MAXIMUM OF 8 GUESTS, INCLUDING KIDS. Guest access ABOUT ITS LOCATION AND ACCESSIBILITY : Kud is well-connected with roads and highways. The nearest airport is Jammu Airport , located 105 kms from our place. The nearest railway station is MCTM Udhampur Railway Station located 36 kms from our place. Our property can be easily reached by public as well as private transport . When you depart from Jammu, take national highway 44, and before Chenani -Nashri Tunnel , at the roundabout, take the second exit which goes to Kud/Patnitop. After 12 kms, you will reach Kaffberry Restaurant. You can park the car on the street side and you have to walk 150m downhill to reach the cottage. You can also type "Nikkus Villa Kud " on maps and drive to our location. Enjoy taking a walk in the nearby areas where the pure breeze passes by your soul.
