The space This child-friendly vacation condo features a kitchenette and full bath. With 1 Queen bed and a pull-out Queen sofa-bed. The condo can sleep 4 adults. A sliding glass door opens onto a private deck area that is just steps from the heated, 20’ x 40’, guest-only pool. The pool is surrounded by a spacious patio with lounge chairs and tables. And, around back, you'll find yourself relaxing on our waterfront sun-deck, overlooking magnificent sunsets on the Sound. You can lounge, dine, and even fire up the barbecue or sit by one of the fire pits, day and night. Montauk Harbor is just a short stroll away. Montauk is known as the “Fishing Capital of the World”. Sun N Sound is a few minutes’ walk from fishing boats, fine dining, local seafood, shopping and outdoor concerts. We are also located a short drive from the village of Montauk. Easy walking distance to the beach on the Sound, Montauk Harbor, Gosman's Dock / Pier & Shoppes, boutiques, restaurants, bike rental / shop, charter boats, Quick Mart Deli, Tony's Market, and more. Also available at the front office are Corn hole and Shuffleboard. There's also a skate park, 2 baseball fields, soccer field and more nearby. Visit the famed Montauk Lighthouse, ferry over to historic Block Island, or just take in the sights in town.... then return to the condo to enjoy the comfort, privacy, and relaxation you deserve. The condo will be "ready to go" for your arrival... including linens, bath towels, kitchenware, cookware, utensils, etc. For longer stays, full and/or partial maid service, if needed, is available for an additional fee. Guest access Guests will have access to Room 104 located on the first floor. The Front Office will have a Key code needed to enter the Unit. Guests have full access to the pool during hours of operation. Guests have full access to the Sun-Deck around back, overlooking the Sound. Other things to note We admit it, our location is amazing. Secluded, yet not far from the action. An easy 5 minute walk to Gosman's Dock and Restaurant, serving the finest Seafood in the area. There are quite a few local places which you'll find in the Sun N Sound Welcome Book. Want to stay super local? Our Private 20' x 40' Heated swimming pool might just be the ticket. Lounge chairs and a seating area are just steps away from your door. Or go around back and relax on our patio / sun-deck while watching the fishing boats go by as you hear the waves crash on the rocks. Ohhh... and this is where you'll have the best seats in the house to witness some of the most incredible sunsets ... you'll see ! Tables and Charcoal BBQs are available for guests too. We are also just a short drive from town, where you can shop for groceries, supplies, stop off for a bite to eat or even just stroll through historic Montauk on a beautiful Summer day.
