Family-friendly Apartment Near Capitol Building

This second story apartment for 4 has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, fully-equipped kitchen, and a living room with view of the Capitol, which is less than 1 mile away! Enjoy shops like Three Story Coffee, Central Dairy, or Ice Cream Factory (all within walking distance) while exploring local favorites like downtown JC, Katy Trail, the Capitol, or Runge Conservation. Our area is a fun, urban spot close to historic downtown. The space Parking and Entry: You are welcome to use the shared driveway and then enter your private entrance to your second story apartment. Some guests also prefer street parking. Once inside, you’ll walk up 10-12 carpeted stairs. Kitchen: Brew coffee (full Pot or selection of Keurig pods) in the kitchen with complimentary ground coffee, pods, and creamer. The full kitchen is a great place to enjoy a meal together. Bedrooms: In one room we provide a queen bed with large walk-in closet. The unique ceiling is a beautiful touch. It's the perfect, cozy place to relax. There is also a playpen available in the walk in closet so your little one has a comfy place to rest. Each bed has a welcome tray just waiting for you with a snack and a bottle of water. The second room is the perfect retreat for two with two twin beds and a desk. Living room: Relax and enjoy the smart TV with full streaming capabilities, one of the many board games we provide, or borrow a book from our free library! The sunrise over the Capitol building is especially great, so keep the windows open in this room so you can take in that gorgeous Capitol view. Toiletries and Extras: Blankets, fresh sheets, toiletries, and a fan are all provided. Guest access The entire apartment is your place to rest, relax, and rejuvenate. Check-in details: We offer self check-in and share the details with guests in a private message before their arrival date. Check-in time: 3 PM Check-out time: 9 AM With prior notice check-in/checkout times are often flexible. Bicyclists: You are welcome to store your bikes in the apartment but will have to carry them up the entry stairs (10-12 carpeted stairs).
