This special residence is in a great location next to the picturesque port of Pythagorio, in the Remataki area where its sandy beach is also. It has recently been renovated providing you with carefree holidays, covering all your needs as access to the sea and the local market is direct. The fantastic terrace is just a few steps from the sunny beach giving you great convenience in your daily bathroom. The living & dining area is spacious and air-conditioned, with a stunning view for the moments of relaxation and enjoyment since from the large arched windows you admire the beach & the blue sea. The wooden roof of the space captivates you. In the background is the comfortable minimal kitchen, fully equipped covering all your needs. Its bathroom has the peculiarity of having two separate spaces to use two people at the same time. On the second level going up from the large wooden staircase there are the two spacious, bright bedrooms with wooden floors, decorated with the hand made renovated furniture giving the space the warmth of hospitality. The large glass window, apart from being separate, separates both bedrooms offering privacy to your stay for a quiet and relaxing sleep. Guest access Transportation in the neighborhood is easily accessible on foot and by car in the morning & noon hours since from early afternoon and until late at night, in the alley and throughout the paved beach of the harbor where there are restaurants and cafes, wheeled access is not allowed. This is a big plus since you enjoy the walk in the center of Pythagorio away from the annoying noises. Other things to note I would like to mention that our beautiful home, our grandmother acquired many years ago, was reconstructed & renovated with great love and dedication by our father and later, we daughters, added our own touch to give our families beautiful memories. The decor and the restoration of the furniture that we curated, we made sure to match the air of the Aegean Sea and this special place.
