Note house is down dirt lane with hill to home. We do get snow and hill is plowed frequently. This is rural home, little options for uber in Yakima, no food delivery. Car is needed for location. Heat/air temperature controlled in main house. Winter is set to 70 in day and turned down to 67 at 10 pm and back up at 6 am. I am glad to work around your preferences.
