Strollers are available. Conveniently, the home is only a 5 min walk from a hustle and bustle of Clubhouse/heated pool/slides, games, tennis, other activities. For larger groups we offer 2 identical townhomes two doors apart Private pool heated for $25/day extra charge (recommended Nov-April). Front and back of the home have surveillance cameras. Guest access At our Windsor Hills home you are provided a safe, comfortable, enjoyable environment for families visiting top attractions. Besides the comforts of the home, you may enjoy all of the benefits of the Premium Resort, which include: a water park (heated pool and slides), a dancing water fountain, tennis, basketball, volleyball, mini golf, ping pong, billiards, tot lot, recreation park/BBQ, game room, movie theater, ATM, market place with basic grocery items and grill with great sandwiches. Thermostat is locked to 72 the lowest. We could allow additional guests at a fee of $40.00 per night per person, however we cannot provide additional beds. Early check in- late check out if possible at additional fee is $55. Only guests booked can stay on premises at any time, no guests of the guests are allowed, sorry.
