Excellent location. We provide a queen size and cozy mattress, clean linen, and disinfected slippers. Although the bathroom is shared, it is always clean. Parking is available and very fast free fiber Wi-Fi. Other things to note Additional House Rules: 1. Please use the side door. Always lock the side door when leaving. 2. To keep a clean environment, please remove your shoes after entering the house, put your shoes on the shoe rack, and wear the slippers I provide if you like. 3. Quiet time in the house is between 10:30 p.m. and 7 a.m. (including not using the kitchen). 4. The fridge is shared, so do NOT touch and eat food that does not belong to you. 5. Don’t put the dishes and pan into the sink, wash them after using, please. 6. The laundry fee is $10 every time you use it. 7. Check-out time is before 11 a.m, please pay $5 for every half hour late. If it does not exceed 30 minutes, it will be calculated as 30 minutes.
