The property consists of a pool and 18 units divided in two sections. To see the other units, please click on my profile. All units have amazing ocean views! Guest access Guests may use the common areas of the property which include our pool (unheated), decks, and a tropical palapa patio. Other things to note -Children 15 years and older (no babies) -Please note that there are many steps throughout the property. HOW FAR IS THE PROPERTY FROM TOWN? The town is about a 7-9 minute drive from the villas. It is about a 30-40 minute walk (not advisable at night). DO I NEED TO RENT A CAR? Yes! Since we are located off the beaten path, we HIGHLY recommend that you rent a car. There are very few taxis in town and we cannot guarantee their availability nor do we schedule them. IS THERE A RESTAURANT OR BAR ON THE PREMISES? No, there isn't. Restaurants and bars are located in town. CHILDREN: 15 years and older (no babies) CAN I WALK TO THE BEACH FROM THE VILLAS? Yes, there is a dirt path down the hillside that leads over to the beach. It is about an 8 min hike. CAN I SWIM AT THE BEACH ADJACENT TO THE PROPERTY? La Poza beach, which is located below our property is NOT a swimming beach. It is gorgeous and great for taking long walks, but the currents are very strong and the waves crash directly on the beach. In fact, none of the beaches in Todos Santos are recommended for swimming. HOW FAR TO THE NEAREST SWIMMING BEACH? We recommend Cerritos Beach for swimming. It is located about a 15 minute drive south of Todos Santos along highway 19 at km 64. You will find a restaurant and beach equipment rentals there. HOW FAR TO THE NEAREST SURF BREAK? Cerritos Beach (15 min drive south of town off hwy 19) and La Pastora Beach (15 min drive north of town) WHAT IS THE WIFI LIKE? Our wifi speed ranges from 10mbps, to 30mbps. Most of the time we have no problem with the internet, but because of the remoteness of our little town and how the signal can be affected by weather, we cannot guarantee that the internet strength will be enough for what your work will require. ARE CLEANING SERVICES OFFERED? We are happy to offer twice per week complimentary cleaning starting with stays of four nights or longer. IS THE POOL HEATED? It is heated only by Mother Nature. It can get pretty brisk in the winter months, but is perfect during the Summer! IS THIS A KID-FRIENDLY PROPERTY? Although we love little ones, guests must be 15 years or older. IS THIS A PET-FRIENDLY PROPERTY? Four-legged friends are awesome, but we do not accept animals of any kind. CAN I HAVE A PARTY OR EVENT? Loud gatherings of any size and events are not allowed. Do YOU HAVE QUIET HOURS? Yes. Our quiet hours are 9pm to 9am. IS THIS PROPERTY WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE? We are so sorry, but no. This is a steep hillside property with many stairs. Our property is also not suitable for guests with mobility issues. DO YOU PROVIDE DRINKING WATER? Yes! You will find glass bottles with filtered water in your unit. You can refill them at one of our water refill stations. CAN I HAVE GUESTS OVER? Registered guests only please.
