Especially suited for long term stays, as it's spacious for HK standards, has plenty of storage space and has everything you need to feel like at home. Located in the lovely and hipster local neighbourhood of Kennedy Town, 5 min walk from the MTR (subway) and 6 minutes walk from several local and western restaurants. Direct access to the Peak trails via Pok Fu Lam road and walking distance from HK University. The space Fully equipped for 4 guests with smart TV 50', unlimited fast wifi, Nespresso machine, microwave, gas, oven and stove, AC and fully renovated bathroom. All appliances are in great condition, and our smart TV gives you access to wide variety of international movies/ series for free. Our fast internet connection and an extendable dining table enable you to comfortably work from home. We have thought of all the little details, from hangers, to iron, hair drier, adapters, so that all you need is your suitcase! We also include complementary drinks (coffee and tea) as well as shampoo and bath gel upon arrival. Fresh linen and towels will be provided on a weekly basis. What makes this place unique is the combination between location and quietness, as Ching Lin Terrace is pedestrian, therefore the only noise you will hear in the morning are the birds outside! Ching Lin terrace is also home to the Chinese Buddhist Lo Pan temple, where you can take some lovely pictures with a true Hong Kong flavour. Other things to note *Direction: when arriving in Kennedy Town, go to 32 Sands Street and take the street elevator. You will then take an escalator; at the top of the escalator, turn left and take the 45 stairs to Ching Lin Terrace *Please note the stairs*
