The space A well designed two story home with 3 bedrooms a new wall mounted split system heater plus a/c for the cooler months in the living area, the main bedroom is huge !! with a beautiful King size bed suite .There is a queen size bed in room 2 and a double bed in room 3. The living and entertainment area has a new 55 inch smart TV with Netflix for you to relax and enjoy in the large leather couches and arm chairs, We have an open fully equipped kitchen and dining area for you to enjoy if you feel like cooking up something special, with all a dishwasher for convenience . A new washing machine and dryer in the utility area leading to a downstairs toilet. There is one bathroom upstairs . An office area is provided in the living area. There is Undercover parking for 2 vehicles out front and road parking is free and available for more or larger vehicles. Guest access All parts of the house are accessible.
